Swazie, LLC ("PhotoFi") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, those changes will apply to information collected after the effective date listed, and we will notify you by providing you with notice of such change via an "Alert" on your mobile application prior to the change becoming effective. We collect personal information by either asking you or using technology such as cookies when you use the Services. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We use your personal information within PhotoFi for the following general purposes:

We use de-aggregated or de-identified information, such as that pertaining to web or mobile pages you have viewed, in order to analyze trends, track user's movements, provide a better user experience and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not use this data in a manner that would identify you personally. Aggregation means that we combine the non-personal information of numerous people together so that the data does not relate to any one person. De-identify means that we remove or change (e.g., hash) certain pieces of information that might be used to link data to a particular person.

Sharing of Personal Information

Third-parties who provide us with products and services may also place cookies, ad tags, and/or beacons that collect the information outlined above in order to provide us with products and services including, functionalities like playing video content and targeted advertising. These third parties may also collect information about you from other sources and combine it with other information collected about you from third-party websites not affiliated with us. For example, advertisers and advertising networks, as well as data analytics companies who service them, may participate in Online Behavioral Advertising and track your activity across various sites and/or devices where they display ads and record your activities, so they can show ads that they consider relevant to you.

The information received from Google (first name, last name, username, or similar identifier; email address) is stored on the app's Amazon EC2 instance. The user avatar received from Google is stored in an Amazon S3 bucket, and the app's Amazon EC2 instance has information about the path to the avatar.

Users' data is stored securely; publicly shown in-app data (avatar, username, first name, last name (or similar identifier) is shown to every user of the app inside the app; user's email address is shown only to the particular user that uses it in-app, and to the administrator of the app. Passwords are stored encrypted (using md5 encryption) and no one, including the administrators of the app, has access to users' passwords.

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions, including without limitation all payments, conducted through PhotoFi shall be carried out using a third-party service provider(s) that is not affiliated with or under the control of the PhotoFi. Any financial transaction you conduct using PhotoFi shall be subject to all of the following: this Privacy Policy; the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions for each third-party service provider(s) facilitating such financial transactions on PhotoFi. You agree that PhotoFi shall not be responsible for any transactions or dealings conducted through such third-party service provider(s). It shall be your sole responsibility to pay any fees, charges and/or costs associated with the use of any third-party service provider(s) while using the Services. You agree that PhotoFi may charge a separate service fee in connection with any products or Services. Presently, PhotoFi uses Stripe as its third-party service provider for the Services. Stripe's website is located at https://www.stripe.com and Stripe's privacy policy is located at https://stripe.com/privacy. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to accept other payment forms in connection with use of the Services. You agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies of any such third-party service provider(s), including without limitation Stripe. You agree that the products and/or Services may be impacted and/or changed by any change to the services offered by third party service provider(s), including without limitation Stripe.

Marketing Preferences

You have the right to modify your member account information or marketing preferences at any time by contacting us at swazie@swazie.co. For example, you can opt in or out of receiving future communications from us about special offers and new product information or unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages you receive. If you decide at a later time that you would like to receive commercial emails from us, you can re-add yourself to our communication list.

We do reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Services, such as service announcements and administrative messages. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those communications.

Please note that your personal information may remain in our archived records after your account has been terminated.

Security of Personal Information

Although we do our best to protect your personal information and we maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to help us protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Services. For example, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information when you purchase products and services through our Website. While we follow reasonable procedures to try to protect the information in our possession, no security system is perfect and we cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your information will remain secure in all circumstances. Individual customers who reside in California and have provided their personal information to PhotoFi may request a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties and their corporate affiliates for their direct marketing purposes.
